I accept exchanges on any fidget toy orders. If your stress ball breaks within 30 days of purchasing, please reach out to me and I will offer you a free exchange (shipping not included). If there are any other issues, please email me at joellacrafts@gmail.com or contact me through my website contact form, and I will get back to you in 1-2 business days!

Each item is made-to-order by just one person!
Please allow me up to 3-7 business days for me to create and ship out your order.
Orders are packed in poly-mailers, and every item is wrapped in tissue paper to avoid plastic use.
All orders come with a business card and a free sticker!
Shipping is done through USPS. Please be sure to enter a verified shipping address.
Please note that international buyers may be subject to extra shipping costs.
