The Harry Styles Cardigan Inspired Beanie is the perfect pattern for both beginner and advanced crocheters! You can use these colors, or you can make it in your own color scheme, and have a patchwork hat!
 
The pattern includes written instructions for how to crochet a hat, how to sew and assemble it, and how to make a pom-pom. There are pictures of the process throughout the pattern. There is a size guide, and instructions to make S/M or L/XL size hat. There are also specific instructions for how to tailor it specifically to your exact head measurement.
 
MATERIALS:
For this pattern, you will need 4 weight acrylic yarn, and a 5mm hook. I used 100g of dark blue, and 25g each of red, green, black, and orange. However, you can adjust this to your liking, or to what you already have.
 
PROCESS:
The hat is beginner friendly! You first make squares, then sew them together into a sheet. Then, you crochet the bottom vertical rib, and then you crochet rows on top of the sheet. Finally, you make the pom-pom, then assemble the hat.
